Come join us for our annual "I Dreamed a Dream" Cabaret! This student led performance is an opprotunity for our students who participated in our Spring Musical Shrek to showcase their talents by performing roles they have always dreamed of playing. In this Cabaret, students can sing songs from their favorite musicals, giving them the chance to explore characters they might not usually get to play. This special event celebrates creativity and confidence while allowing students to step out of their comort zones and bring their dream roles to life on stage. There will be a mix of full company numbers, songs performed by each class and a mix of solos, duets, trios and small groups. We can't wait to see you there! 

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE CABARET WILL HELP SEND THE PILOT PRODUCTION OF KIMBERLY AKIMBO THE MUSICAL TO THE INTERNATIONAL THESPIAN FESTIVAL! 

We are so excited to remount The Pilot Production of Kimberly Akimbo the Musical High School Version! Our show is one of 12 shows in the world selected to perform on the International Thespian Festival Main Stage this June! 

All proceeds from our three Encore shows go directly to help send our students, directors, the set, lights, sound equipment, props and costumes all the way to Bloomington, Indiana for the festival this summer. 

Kimberly Akimbo is the most Tony Award-winning show of the 2022-2023 season (including Best Musical!) and features a Tony Award-winning book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire (Rabbit Hole, Shrek the Musical) and a Tony Award-winning score by Jeanine Tesori (Shrek the Musical, Violet).
Kimberly is about to turn 16 and recently moved with her family to a new town in suburban New Jersey. In this “howlingly funny heartbreaker of a show” (The New Yorker), Kim is forced to navigate family dysfunction, a rare genetic condition, her first crush…and possible felony charges. Ever the optimist, she is determined to find happiness against all odds and embark on a great adventure. This production contains adult language.
